How it works?
Booking is simple. For all current prices and Earlybird special offers please use our online booking system to check prices and to request a booking, or call us on 1300 653 270 (toll free in Australia) and speak to one of fully trained experienced consultants or contact your local preferred travel agent. All Travel Agent enquiries are welcome.
Upon confirmation of your car hire booking and payment is received, our pre-paid travel voucher will be sent to you by email. The voucher will display all the details of the booking including the confirmation number from the car rental operator. The voucher will show what is included in the daily rate and any applicable supplementary charges, including one way fees, child seats, GPS hire or additional driver fees. All optional charges for Accessories or one way fees are paid directly to the car hire company at the end of your rental in the local currency of the country.
In the event of accidental damage or theft an insurance excess may apply. The excess amount in foreign currency will be shown on your voucher and is only applicable in the event of an accident or theft.
We strongly advise travellers to take out a Travel insurance policy prior to departing Australia to cover any charges applied for insurance excess.
When you collect your car:
On arrival at the rental desk, present your voucher to the car rental operator with your full drivers licence and a major credit card for the security deposit. If renting a Luxury/Prestige vehicle two credit cards may be required.
